Qatar face Yemen in second Gulf Cup 27 group-stage match

Qatar return to action at the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup on Sunday, September 27, when Al Annabi face Yemen in their second Group B fixture.

Qatar enter match after winning start

Al Annabi opened their Gulf Cup 27 campaign with a 2-0 victory over defending champions Bahrain on September 24.

Yemen enter Sunday’s match searching for their first points of the tournament after losing their opening fixture to the UAE.

With Qatar and the UAE both starting Group B with victories, the second round of matches could have a significant impact on the race for the two semifinal places.
